This F.I.S.T. is made from white pine and has an oiled finish. This has a fire opal flake inlay on one side, and a seed sensory texture pad on the other. lightweight and inconspicuous. This makes a great force multiplier when used in your hand for punching in self defense. This F.I.S.T. is completely handmade.
